Setting aside the non-facts of the diet advice listed, am I the only one here who has a very difficult time taking seriously the propaganda of a person that is having such a difficult time with typing even the most basic of words? Hi girls!! I'm brand new to this as well. I'm so scared. I just upped my calories to 2090 over about a week and a half. I don't really understand yet how this all works and I could use some new friends that are NOT novices at this way of life and can help me along my journey! =)

When I say plateau, I guess I don't mean it in the long-term, proper sense of the word. I meant like, maybe 2-3 months. I do weigh and measure my food MOST of the time. I didn't clearly state... I did go back to eating the 1500 and it plateaus out at about 20lbs weight loss and then I don't seem to get anywhere after that.
