Finally just got around to adding my weight for last week, and was taking a look at the spreadsheet....those of us that are left are kicking butt!! Two have already hit their goal and quite a few of us are 5lbs or less away!!! Just want to say good job everyone!! Keep it up! :bigsmile: :wink:

5'10" currently 159, my goal weight is 140. once I hit my goal weight, I want some serious lean muscle, so I'll have to see what I look like, maybe a few lbs over.

I feel you! I got sick again (friggin sinuses man!), missed the whole week, eating good though, but MDW is seriously around the corner! Has anyone heard about estrogen having a connection with cellulite? And cutting out estrogen producing foods in conjunction with clean diet and exercise help??

Glad you're feeling better! I am a bit as well. Just been walking a doing light cardio, and being strict/clean with the diet. Hoping to feel better next week, ramp up a bit. Determined_er congrats on your -40!!!! That's awesome! Good luck everyone, and have a great weekend! :smile:

Finally started or king out again Monday, was going are, then got sick Wednesday night :grumble: Missed yesterday and today, but I still lost a little. I'm at 168.2

Been doing really good, over a gallon a day. especially until I got sick thurs, even so still been getting it in, not sure if I'll make it today.
