Level 1 results: I only weigh-in on Sundays. Started on a Saturday and finished on a Monday so there might be a bit more to account for, but I was down 1.5 lbs after 9 workouts + 1 rest day. Unfortunately I don't have a measuring tape yet, but I did take pics. I can't see a difference yet, so I think I'll wait to post them…

If you have a HRM and want to enter exact calories burned, you can enter it as a custom exercise. If you just want an estimate, most of us log it as 20 mins of "circuit training, general".

Just finished Day 3! I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do it because I've been a bit under the weather today, but I made myself find the energy to do it! It seems to be getting easier little by little and I'm not as sore now (other than abs). Good work everyone! Keep on shreddin'! :)
