I do 4 days of Jazzercise (60 minutes a day) I joined "Drop 5 lbs for February" that is my goal....I didn't do so well Superbowl Sunday think I put on 3 lbs :angry: I'm back on track though:smile: MFP has been great for me!!!

Hi Karen I'm new to this also this is my 5th day. This has helped me just reading some of these message boards. I found one it's Charger440 he posts a Mini Challenge every day that's kinda fun. I feel like I have accomplished something by doing these mini challenges. Check him out!!!!
