I have exercise ADHD lol, I am always doing different stuff. My staple is usually a beachbody program, but occasionally ill buy a groupon for a month of bootcamps, like to run... maybe I will do a TRX workout (LOVE THE TRX), and of course lift weights... I just try to stay active as possible. I would probably see bigger…

Sounds like you have the tools you need...make sure the junk food is out of the house...get a water bottle and make it your best friend, will help you feel fuller as well, so less snacking urges.
