P90x is one of the great products from Beachbody, I own a big part of "beating my diabetes" to P90x... They have quite a few different programs that combine nutrition and workouts (via dvd)...let me know if you want to know more, I am a beachbody coach! (trying to give back)

May depend on time of day that you workout as well, if i get within 5 hours of bedtime it can affect my sleep in different ways.

Ill typically do intervals in place of steady pace cardio (since it is cardio ;) If you go all out, you wont have alot left. Going to be doing classic, starting on Nov 1st. (Im finishing an asylum challenge currently) Does everyone have facebook? Good old oatmeal, not the sugary stuff in the packets! Put some cinnamon on there maybe some slices of banana..nice slow carbs for fuel and fiber for... well its good for ya ;)
