I have seen some pretty out of shape folks walk it...you will have no issues!

Cottage cheese, it is full of casein protein which digests very slowly, feeding your muscles all night long. Your muscles grow best at rest :) A piece of whole grain bread with almond butter is another favorite of mine.

It is a healthier option, I have heard good feedback from people spritzing it with a light cooking spray and then using the "molly mc butter" on it.

mustard and a spoon full of rellish... if you have to go mayo, read the labes...the light stuff is often not as healthy as you may think... The oilve oil mayo could be a good last option.

Sarah has some good tips there, Dress in layers, easier to take stuff off than try to warm up with a jacket you dont have :) Compression shorts can help with friction concerns. If you get blisters on your feet, check out the injini toe socks... love those things...!

Just stay active and make good food choices and it will happen. The body is a weird animal. My weight is all over the place, my scale does take a crack at fat%, water, etc and those numbers seem more consistent. Hydration can account for many pounds. When I take creatine ill jump up several pounds just due to water…
