GREAT QUESTION!! I REALLY need to do the same!! I have stuff in my hall closet/shed/garage which I need to go through. I serioulsy don't even want to look in the boxes and just toss them! Lol, cause if I haven't missed it I must not need it right?? LOL! I surely can use some help in this area too!

I respect your choices, but in my opinion, it's not a very good idea. Speaking for myself as an example, Since being TRULY on track accountable and exercise anywhere from 3-5 days a week, I'm down as of today 4.1# pounds. Its doable without fasting. Good luck on that!
