Jif peanut butter is 190 calories for 2 tablespoons, at least that's what the jar in my pantry says. However, I switched over to PB2 and it's only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. And I actually love it better than the processed peanut butter. And I get to have more peanut butter too!

We've all done it. I just start new the next meal or day. I had 2 pieces of cake on Father's Day so on Monday and Tuesday, I walked 22 miles. LOL There are certain foods I've learned that I just can't have around even tho I have a really high willpower.

I love making pizzas with Flatout Flat Bread. I use the lite versions. If you check Flatout Flat Bread FB page, they have lots of recipes for pizzas too. My BBQ Chicken is fairly similar to yours except I just cook my own chicken tenderloins.

I use Oscar Meyer center cut bacon and it is 70 calories for 3 slices per the package. I also cook mine in the microwave to drain the grease off.

This is my attitude too. Before starting my lifestyle changes, I was already cooking, cleaning light, cleaning deep, laundry, etc. I only count the things that are considered exercise or things I've never done before.

I love Mcdonald's fries. But have only had them when on vacation since starting here. One way to avoid all the salt they layer them with is make a request for an order of fries with no salt. I've always done that. Guarantees you fresh hot fries without the added sodium particularly when I had high blood pressure.

Absolutely no straws! Get a large milkshake from Sonic. They are so thick you can eat them with a spoon and they are well over 1,000 calories.

Personally for me, if I don't like something or it makes me feel ill, I wont eat it regardless how healthy it is. There are plenty of other nutritious foods that I do like and don't make me ill to eat. With that being said, I hate avocados and if they are on a sandwich or salad and take them off and throw them in the trash.

I was only a vacation drinker. LOL However, I was a Diet Mt. Dew Code Red addict and it was difficult to give it up. But drinking nothing but water has had a very positive effect for me.
