                1-1 141 1-8 145- Had to increase my meds this past week due to illness. Most of the weight is in water. I ate very well last week. But I am bloated.

                Dinos...I changed my goal to 160 without noticing it as of today I have moved 22.47 miles/137.53 left 1600 is my year goal. Sorry for any confusion.

                Tuesday stuff is done but not as fast or exertive due to my cold. I also cannot hold down enough food so my meals are only when I take my meds. Walsked 5.25 miles today though.

                I love where the cool kids are personally. Sunday is my birthday and I can run 3 miles without dying at the end. We are pretty cool!!!
