Heres what I do....not saying it is right but it works for me. I still work out same but stairstep my calories. One day I eat 1200 calories next day 1800 and back and forth. It seems to confuse my metabolism. I have been lucky and only had to do this a couple of times early on. Also mix up the kinds of exercise you do.

I am also getting close to my goal weight. I dropped my goal another 10 pounds and havent seen much of a change. Im on the Dukan diet and it has been a quick 4 months. Honestly I never thought I would get to the first goal so to add 10 more to the goal shouldnt be that much of a challenge.

It is working for me !! Down 33 pounds in 7 weeks and I'm not hungry. Biggest problem for me, is most days I have to force myself to eat enough calories.
