I think that it does sometimes take that 15-20 minutes for your body to realize it's been fed. Definitely normal. It's when you are still hungry after 20-30 minutes that you should start to worry about if you are eating the right types of food that will make you feel fuller longer.

I agree- I think some sugar is okay, but def. high-fructose corn syrup is BAD and any processed/sugary foods are BAD. I don't think a little bit of white/processed sugar is BAD though. If you don't buy junk food (cookies/candy), you're already cutting out almost all added sugars from your diet.

I am very lazy but even I lost weight on myfitnesspal. Just add friends on here that will make sure to keep you motivated. I keep my friends list low (20-40) so that I can get to know everyone and comment on everyone's posts. I post on their profiles, then they post back and motivate me--- it's a good system.
