I keep a bag of sugar free cinnamon discs on hand for when I have those cravings. It is sweet enough to put the craving at bay and only about 12 calories a piece. I also eat apples and clementines alot when I am itching for something sweet.

You need to be eating BREAKFAST! I can't stress this enough!!!! It sets up your whole day for healthier eating choices. A bowl of cereal or oatmeal really help kick start your metabolism for the day and keep the cravings at bay so you can eat a healthier lunch!

I don't plan on changing my numbers for the week because keeping them at 1200 actually makes me really think about if I really want to put "that" in my mouth.
