2am... I just finished my menu plan for the next 7 days. All meals and snacks and got up through Tuesday of next week entered onto MFP so I can easily adjust from there if needed. Hubby is off to his parents for the afternoon and tried to drag me with him, but I have too many other things to do, including getting my workout in and getting my meals and shopping done. Definitely will keep ya kn my prayers deb and I have my padded slipper ready to keep you away from that fridge! :0) Do yourself a favor and get rid of any candy or junk that can easily become snacks. Not having it in the house will make it easier to avoid going for it if you get stressed. :0)
