I saw the infomercial this weekend and was thinking about buying it too. The price almost sucked me in but I don't know if I would see results or if it would just sit on my shelf. I'm 47 so essentially in the same boat as you. Good luck! I'll be watching for answers.

I agree with the other 2 posters. With exercise I opt for the lower calorie usage. With food I go with the higher calorie option just to be safe.

That was me yesterday. Usually I fight it but yesterday I ate and ate. I was 300 calories over. I thought I would be much more. Today I am not craving as much...yet. It is only 9AM though. Right now I am sipping on tea hopping that will cub the cravings for me. Good luck!

I am shooting for 120. I am turning 47 this year and I think age might make a difference. I will see how I look when I get down to 120 and take it from there.

My doctor just prescribed it for migraines but I have not picked it up from the pharmacy yet. To be honest I am hoping for the weight loss side effect; but not the others.

I do this too. It helps me keep on track. This week I planned ahead until Friday on Wednesday. I do have trouble planning ahead on weekends though.

The same thing happens to me. If I end up having fast food or something greasy I get nauseous soon after. I also find I eat a lot less of the meal than I used to because it just doesn't taste as good as it used to. I guess change can be good.

It has been 2 1/2 months and 15 pounds and I have not gone down a size yet. My current clothes are fitting a little bit better-I think. I should have measured but I didn't.

I try not to lie. Sometimes it is hard to figure out calories; especially on my "bad" days but I try to be as truthful as possible. This is a tool for me, to monitor what I am eating. I need it to be real.
