Any morning star "veggie" burger and a serving or 2 of veggies. Truth be told this week I am eating half a spicy black bean burger and 2/3 cup mixed veggies for a grand total of 120 calories.

So inspirational. Thanks for sharing everyone. I am 5 feet even and started my journey 2 weeks ago. I want to lose 50 pounds. We will see how it goes; not sure due to my age (46).

Microwaved turkey hot dog (no bun of course). High in sodium but only 45 calories.

I don't count it; especially if it has caffeine. I don't know if it really makes a difference.

Earlier this week I grilled salmon on a Foreman Grill with sweet chili sauce. I was delicious. Can't wait to make it again.
