Thanks cindym82...let me know how you get on. Im glad a few of you have posted about week 2 being tough...I hated week 2 and couldnt wait to move on and, suprisingly, I find week 3 much easier!!! Let me know how you all get on with week 3. Is there anybody else that only does this 3 times a week? Just wondering...as my…

Hi I have 3 children, my 7 year old son is autistic and we are in the process of getting him officially diagnosed. Both peadiatrician and doctor said he is on the autistic spectrum but I have a fight on my hands as his teacher told me theres no point going through the lengthy diagnosis process as he already gets the help…

Totally agree here, cant understand why some people on here are so downright mean! Here is a lady who is a single parent, stressy life, 3 children she is responsible for, she has simply asked for help and advice not people being rude mean or patronising. Everybody is different, depending on health issues. I myself have…

So glad youve posted this, good for you and I agree with you. I noticed that youre a single parent of 3, the same as me (therefore living a stressy life without a partner), and are early 40s the same age as me. I wonder if alot of the people posting about increasing calories are young enough to have healthy metabolisms and…

I know I dislike my figure and would rather be more busty or more athletic, just thought I would mention that men prefer curvaceous women, so whilst we may dislike our curvy hips and curvy bottoms, men love them!!! So embrace those curves and work that butt!!!!

Last September I looked fine in a bikini when I was 30lb lighter, I will try and find a photo! Ive always been bottom heavy, in September I was 33-26-36 but since I put weight on Im larger in the hips now.

Hi Im 43 and have had a premature menopause. I was menopausal for quite a while without realising it. One of my main symptoms was waking in the night with night sweats, where my pyjamas would be drenched, like Id just stepped out a swimming pool! The hot and cold thing as well, one minute Id go hot then 10 mins later Id…

Same here! I started eating clean mid December and now I go twice per week if Im lucky. Ive lost just under 1 stone, not a huge amount. The bulk of my diet is vegetables. I walk loads, drink black coffee or water, yet still I suffer with constipation!!

Im a single mother with 3 kids (aged 7, 10 and 13)....Ive been a single Mum for 5 years now and you really will get through this, you can so do this. When you look at your children and realise its all down to you, its such an empowering feeling! My husand walking out on us was one of the best things that happened, he was a…

Good for you! I was weighing in too often and my weight naturally fluctuates by 5lb a day, I could sometimes be 5lb lighter in the morning and by evening I would have gained that 5lb lost back again!!! Im happy to measure myself instead and just use my weight as a guideline only. Good luck!

Hi I have 3 children and although I didnt get stretch marks I did have a pouch of skin hanging over my belly which I felt conscious of. My kids all weighed around 8.5lb. For the last 3 years I was slightly underweight, bones showing, yet I still had that flap of skin. Gained 30lb between sept and oct and although Ive only…

Thanks for posting, my best friend is bipolar and it has helped me realise what she goes through. She had gained loads of weight on her meds, she came off her meds, went off the rails and had a huge struggle, I wont go into the details on here but it opened my eyes to peoples prejudice and what this poor lass went through…

Im not sure if I can post a link on here or not...but I found this site and the tips are really useful http://www.pickthebrain.com/blog/stop-feeling-depressed/ Basically it advises a change of scenery, such as getting out the house, going for a walk etc , as routine contributes to depression, it also advises to break your…

Same here I have had 5 days in a row where everything is black and dark like I am in a tunnel. Wherever I go there are smiling happy faces but I cant see what they are smiling about, its like theyre sharing some great funny joke and I just dont get the punchline. So I withdraw into myself, I open the cookies or sweets, or…

Today is a fresh day. Go downstairs, get the cookies, biscuits and chocolate buttons, bag them up and give them to a friend or bin them!!! Or give them to a friend and ask them to give you 2 biscuits per day!!! I keep no biscuits, chocolate or junk food in the house as I have a HUGE problem with chocolate and biscuits,…

Ripped in 30 has the exact same formula as 30 Day Shred, 3 mins strength, 2 cardio, 1 abs, I really recommend if, like me, you have a busy family and are short on time. Another good one is Killer Buns and Thighs which I have only done once so far. I dont ache with 30DS or Ripped, but with Killer Buns and Thighs I felt like…

Well............I gave up smoking last year and I already cut right down on bread as I binge on it and cant stop at one slice, so I think I wil be giving up peanut butter as I could eat the whole jar with a teaspoon given the chance!!! Also thinking biscuits and chocolate, choccy is my other trigger food...but then I…

Continuation from my other post....Ive just thought of something else too...accupressure bands. I had them when I was pregnant as I suffered a condition that made me sick all the time, they go around the wrist like a wrist band and press onto the pressure point. They may help with nausea. Hope you soon feel better.
