Most likely, I will keep logging my food intake and exercises forever. It kinda has become like a drug. It makes me responsible for myself and only myself. I kinda need that control.

i was drinking it with skim milk...and its the biggest looser whey protein shake....

I was trying to drink a protein shake before going to the gym and after, but I think it actually caused some stomach issues....Will shakes do that?...After, trying to use natural remedies to produce a bm, I had to eventually resort to a laxative, which made me very ill....Any thoughts?

I love the look on others, but when I got my nose pierced on my 30th birthday, I ended up not being crazy about it.....The piercing did not leave a scar on my nose. Heck, I even let my ear piercings close up, too....Not a big jewelry person, I guess...Just my wedding ring....

Carbs are set at 185, but I'm trying to get them down to 165....I drink water like a fish, so I'm hoping that counteracts the sodium intake...I'm really going to have to start working on those sodium numbers by banishing the processed crap....

I love ZUMBA....I take the classes throughout the week at my gym, though....I haven't had any health issues, but it does boost my mood, a lot....There are some moves, mostly jumps, that I modify at this time...just keep on moving, get into the groove and you will love it....

I don't know what I'm doing half the time, so I try and go later in the evening. Usually, I hop on the treadmill and then I head downstairs into the weight room....Every other night...The other nights, I either Zumba or lap swim...Sometimes both...

All my food is weighed or measured. The thing I worry about, is I'm putting in the time and maximum effort while exercising, but until I am able to purchase a HRM, I think that the burned calories MFP states that I burned is high...

Do you live anywhere that has an indoor therapy pool?.....Something about being in a pool always makes me feel better. It's easier on the knees, too.... My last bout of depression lasted for 3months, but I have been suffering from it since I can remember.
