Careful with dried fruits..higher sugar content (at least that is what I was told) stick with fresh fruit!

My dietician said to make sure you have a snack in the evening for that reason...last night I had a no sugar added pudding, banana with walnuts and almonds. Don't be afraid to snack..just make sure you remember it when your meal planning!

Its a brand that Amway carries. They are good but I'm not sure if the price really reflects anything other than the fact that they are MLM. You can get CLA and whatever else you need anywhere. Good luck!

My favorite breakfast is a boiled egg, slice of toast and an orange..top with a glass of skim milk. Could be the carbs getting you sluggish..maybe try having fruit with it as well?

You have to replace that boredom with something else. Even if its something as mild as playing with an elastic band. Replace the habit! I find drinking water and carrying it with me all the time helps!

Nothing says you can't make extra at supper and pack those cubbies when you are done. Who cares if you just have a little bit. Might as well use it up if you have it. Eat breakfast...thats a big one for me. But I try to stick under my alloted cals (according to me) but I don't stress if I go over one day cause usually I'm under! I'm a new diabetic so I am still owrking on rules...they seem to change daily lol

All in all I'd get a blood test done again AND check for diabetes too. My blood sugar was so high and the figure thats why I'm so tired all the time. thick blood lol...get a blood test and make sure they test you for everything!

Try this one too...it uses vanilla protein powder but I'm sure you could use the chocolate (after all they give the option of using cocoa powder).
