Track all your food if you haven't. Make sure you are tracking accurately. Open up your diary for everyone to see. You really don't want to get yourself in the diet pill rut. You will just hurt yourself in the long run.

I haven't stopped drinking my diet coke and I'm almost at goal. I drink 1 to 2 glasses a day.

I bought a bag of a broccoli slaw mix to add to my salads. On the back it had the dressing mix for the slaw. I changed it up to be lower in calories. It was 1/2 cup of low fat mayo, 3 tbls of Vinegar, and 2 tsp of Splenda. I kept the dressing aside and added a tablespoon or two to my salad. Its actually really good.
