I was at the gym on wednesday night and sat in the sauna for 10 minutes because I was too chicken to get on the treadmill because there were only 2 open out of 50. I was so very scared, I finally went and ran and had a great burn. I am only 3 lbs from goal, wear a size 6 and an average body fat % still have my all the same…

Yes, when I see someone with my ideal body, I always peek in their basket but am usually disappointed because they have more junk then I do. I hate it when others can eat junk and stay looking great with a high metabolism and I have to work very hard to get a some what average but still not my ideal body. Makes me crazy.

Over the last 7 months I lost a total of 16 inches in my thighs (8 in each thigh). My thighs started out at 28 inches each and are now 20 inches each! I'm 5'8" currently 153 and am close to my first goal weight. I prefer intervals. I do jog (5.5mph) and run (6.5-7 mph) intervals on the treadmill for my cardio. If I need to walk fast I will during intervals, especially when my hrm is beeping at me for getting my HR too high. As soon as my heart rate is under my max and my watch stops screaming at me, I start jogging/running…

I am frugal to a fault and only have 5 pairs of shoes in my closet and maybe a space of about 3 feet with clothes in our walk in closet. I need to shop but just don't have the drive or want. I would rather have $$ in the bank. So I guess that makes money my obsession..not good.

Aww, you are so sweet. My 1 year old is also a girl, and she keeps me running. It is so hard to lose the baby weight. I carry most of my weight in my tummy. I hope I can tone it.

I only wash things that come under the ground, like potatoes and carrots. We grow our own garden and are all organic so we don't have to worry with having to wash off any chemicals.

Yes my shoe size decreased by 2 sizes. It was a great bonus and unexpected so that is why I included it in my stats. I increased shoe size during my 3 pregnancies so I am excited for my new feet. The down side is I only have 5 pairs of shoes that fit!

This is one of my staples. Sauteed Scallops (petite), veges (whatever is ready in the garden, banana peppers, onions, tomatoes, okra, peppers etc), baby bellas & dill. Boil veges until soft then saute everything for 2 mins and season to taste. I saute in lemon or lime juice to avoid any oils. Very yummy and tons of protein.

Nope, never researched strong lifts but maybe I should! I started out doing 3x10 reps but like the 5x5 better. Sometimes I alternate, I think it is my ADHD, I can't do any one thing for too long or I get bored.

I am finding it so difficult to keep any curves at all in my weight loss journey. I am lifting heavy 2-3 times a week to try and get some mass back in my a**. I used to hate curves but now it seems like I am trying hard to get them back. The girls that have the rock hard bodies with curves work really hard to be curvier…

Yep, all the time! If someone does look my way, I always look behind me because I know they aren't looking at me. I like being invisible because I really enjoy people watching. I love crazy drunk people, they make me giggle!

The one thing that stands out is I eat tons of fresh fruit and veges and keeP my sodium under 1k and also cut out soda and all fast food. I also do cardio 3 x per week and lift 2x per week. I also drink tons of water!! Thanks for the sweet comments!

My goal weight is 150 lbs but I am not at 153 and still not happy. I have several trouble spots (had 3 kids) and can see myself now weighing 140 and toning up ALOT. I have a feeling it will take me longer to lose the last 13 pounds then it did the first 80.
