Yes I love almonds! I also snack on them.. But I have to measure a 1/4 cup and put them away... otherwise I can't stop eating them. I eat raw almonds instead of roasted to get the full benefits. I guess were both a little nutty! :laugh:

Any cranberry juice in the house? Even orange juice, lemon juice in your water. Something until you get on a prescription. Don't let it go.. it will travel into your kidneys which is very painful. I got thru this every day because I get stressed with my 2 very active little boys. If I had there energy I'd be 100 lbs ...:laugh: .. Some days I have less control than others, one week out of the month :wink: .. But I just get back on my feet with the next thing put in my mouth. :happy:

Also check the "Dollar Tree" dollar store, they had them near the tooth picks a couple of weeks ago. Otherwise Rubbermaid at Wall-Mart has nice little sizes. Yes, it tears up the roof of our mouths because we inhale it! I love and miss the captain.. But I just cheated :noway: and had 1/8 of a small Jacks cheese pizza and burnt the roof of my mouth.. I now have a blister torn... So I guess that's my punishment! (Not fair.. I counted it in my calories :explode: )

First of all Congrats on the baby! Yes you need at least 500 calories extra per day... and intake at least 10 cups of water/ day... Also watch those spicy, gassy veggies, caffeine.. Thanks I'll have to try them.. With my first pregnancy I was on my feet full time working until the day he was born.. He came 6 wks early/ extreme pre-clampsia.
