Try buying your dumbbells in pieces... Maybe this payday buy 1 and next payday buy the match? They typically run a little over $1 per pound at Walmart.

I smoked for um 30+ years.... I use to think if I quit I would gain weight.... and I did... blamed not smoking. But when I actually thought about it.. when I smoked.... I would not eat on breaks and lunch I needed that time to get my nicotine fix. Once I quit I was now eating food instead which made me initially gain.…

I do not believe it matters when so long as you use about the same time every time. Mine happens to be Wednesday mornings.

Increase and give it at least a month before changing again. It takes a bit for your body to adjust to the change.

In the gym for 60-70 minutes 5 days per week. 3 days about 30 minutes strength and 30 minutes cardio other 2 days all cardio. Strength= New Rules of Lifting for Women

I don't drink a glass of it but use it to cook my steel cut oats in and pour it over after heating. Will also use it on my cold cereal when and if I have some.

I weigh every day... but only log once per week on the same day. I noticed when I was weighing once per week I would get upset if I had a gain and not realize that this gain could be anything. Weighing myself every day I do not get upset when I have a gain due to my cycle, what I ate (not how much but what), and what I did…

I also do the TDEE so do not "eat back my calories" since they are included in my numbers. I exercise because it makes me feel good and for no other reason. I enjoy to see my muscles develop and see definition forming. Everyone one does their own thing for their own reasons.

I love Brinner!! I am not ashamed to have pancakes or eggs and bacon or cereal for dinner! I just ate Spaghetti for breakfast. Who says there are rules as to when and what can and should be eaten when?

Well just so happens the design of my townhouse was set up for rooommates so no sink or mirror in the full bathroom... each bedroom has a sink and mirror so my photo booth is also my bedroom!
