If you enjoy spices I recently added a Mrs. Dash spicey mix to mine. Was actually quite good.

I use the elliptical all the time. Our gym (private owned) has multi machines. I find it hard to believe they would buy that many machines if it was bad.... I like it because I cannot run and the elliptical gives me basically the same workout just not beating me my body up from the impact.

I fail to see what the problem is? You don't cook vegetables because he won't eat them? I would still cook a meal... knowing he doesn't like nor will eat the vegetable... cook what you want as much as you want and let him go without a side. I have a friend that doesn't like anything in salad except lettuce (iceburg),…

He is in the gym and this is what matters... My favorite is when coworker told me they were going to join the gym and buy a new pink sweatsuit so they could wear their cute pink heels they already had!! they were serious! :noway:

Well in Mount Pleasant SC,,, you walk into TrySports and they look at your feet tell you your size and pull out a pair of shoes... you put them on, they put you on a treadmill and have you run as your feet are videotaped and then analyzed. I wear high stability Asics and have not had a blister in about 3 years and 4 pairs…

Thankfully, we have a gym on site. I work out there for at least 60 minutes before work and then walk with a coworker during the day around the concrete jungle we work in.

I just try to eat between 1700-2100 calories per day and don't worry about the rest.
