1. Lose at least 1lb per week! NO MORE GAIN OR STAND STILL!! 2. Be able to run again, or at least jog! When I was in HS I could run a 10 min mile. 3. Lose my belly pooch! I hate when I raise my arms and I see my belly :'( YUCK! 4. Get pregnant 5. Be the fittest pregnant woman I know! LOL :)

Miracle whip and fat free mayo are disgusting... I add plenty of regular, yellow mustard and chopped hard boiled egg. A little bit of black pepper and low fat shredded cheese on top. I either warm it up alone in the bowl or add it to a slice of warm whole wheat toast. DELICIOUS!!! :happy:

I'm 5'5" Started at 229 Now 219 Goal 150 I created a time capsule so in 1 year I can look back & see how far I've come. I don't know what my weight will be then, but I'm sure it won't be in the 200's anymore! :) Stay positive!:flowerforyou:

I'm usually under because I eat right around what I'm supposed to, but I exercise and it gives me those calories back. I LOVE THAT! :D
