Wondered that myself haha Although I was going to suggest the same recipe. We call it Tatter Tot Casserole and I use cream of mushroom soup in it, plus corn and no french fried onions. Awesome dish!

Make sure you check the label and website. Some non-alcoholic beer as very little alcohol in it, but it's still there. This year I'm gonna have to deal with making a virgin margarita... so basically a slushy LOL Or a virgin Screw driver aka Orange juice. Hahaha! :laugh:

I think you'll be able to do it, but take it slow and pace yourself. Always listen to your body if you need a break. It will most definitely be harder than walking, probably even jogging depending on your cardio level. I haven't done that DVD yet, but in the ones I have used, she has two people in back. I changed my calories from 1,600 to 1,900 calories. I think an extra 300 calories is plenty right now. Once I talk to my doctor, I might even lower it for the rest of the first trimester if she says it's okay. I don't want to gain too much weight either but I will do whatever I need to to stay healthy for me and baby. But…

I changed mine from 1,600 (plus eating most my exercise calories back) to 1,900 without eating my exercise calories back. I am super bloated too, which I think is why I am up 5 lbs in the first trimester but I'm working on exercising more and drinking more water so that takes care of some of the bloat. 1,800 sounds perfect…

I weigh in at work on my bosses REALLY fancy, expensive scale. I went to the doctor on Friday and it said I gained 5lbs! I claim bs! Maybe it's because of the time of day. We all fluctuate during the day so try going to the doc in the morning. That's what I'm going to start doing.

I cried... lol I like the movie a lot. They might have fought a lot, but they were really in love. My boyfriend and I fight a lot but we are in love. I guess it's just not everybody's cup of tea lol I also love every single Nicholas Sparks movie.... :laugh:
