Im a competition bbq'er try smoking a bacon explosion and eat more than three slices. Bacon loses a little of its appeal. Especially when you can feel your heart clogging. For your bacon viewing pleasure :)

Lean meats, legumes (nuts), egg white, turkey, chicken, fish, tuna, even beef jerky just the regular lean kind is a great snack, black beans. WOW!! butt kicked I was a puddle of sweat after that. Matter of fact I slipped twice in it lol. Kinda like starting month 1 but more advanced. I dont think I will be as sore but I definitely worked harder. The Full body drill thingamajiggers were HARD. Hoping if I keep pushing I will have it down in about 2 weeks.

This is way harder than cardio recovery lol I use a hrm and according to it I'm working pretty hard. I can keep up until we get to the plié at the end then my quads give out lol. Hoping by end of week I will be able to do that also.
