  • I'm 6 ft 229lbs 37yrs old my hrm says 800 to 900 on non recovery workouts cardio recovery was around 400. My peak bpm 166 average bpm were 120. Min bpm 71. Just throwing stats :)

  • Who else was sore the first 3 to 5 days and are now barely sore to not at all ? I thought it would never go away but kept going. Today I feel great, hardly any soreness.

  • I got roped into buying the GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. She said to use 2 scoops instead of the 3 for recovery drink. Any one else tried it or have thoughts on it? Thinking about actually just getting the beachbody result and recovery drink lol
  • Yes I get hungrier faster, metabolism kicking in, finally! Just gotta remember smaller healthier meals. Day 4 was good quads really felt it. I need to work on balancing lol. Felt like I was always about to fall over.

  • The moving push ups took me by surprise. No room for those in house. Just did push ups till I failed took a small breather and did a couple more. These are great suggestions.
