Well since I weigh approx 264lbs 128oz of water is not going to bother me. I also workout for an hour a day ((in long pants and hoodie). The extra trips just mean that I am getting all the extra sugar/crap out of my system which is A-OKAY to me <3

well im doing both lol. With me I was a DD so mine did start to sag but I do chest workouts so they are gaining a good shape now. Depending on what size you started out with will depict whether you just shrink, or shrink and sag. .

My friend on here ( Quasita ) had starvation mode back in her younger days bc she basically COMPLETELY stopped eating after she was injured and could no longer play sports (extreme depression). She has a recent blog where she explains it all. If you add her I am sure she could tell you more about it. She is an amazing woman

Try it out. I have been working out and doing my lifestyle change for 5-6 weeks now and I have only lost 6 lbs BUT I have lost 12.25 INCHES!! So deff look into it!!

you have probably gained a good amount of muscle from all the working out you have been doing. I would check your inches to help you keep track even better than weight loss. I have only lost 6lbs but i have lost 12.25 INCHES!! Your muscle is replacing your fat. Dont give up!! YOU CAN DO THIS

We are allowed to wear sleeveless. Have you ever seen people where their tee shirts after they have basically cut the entire sides out of them?? That is what we are not allowed to wear. And if they do wear those "edited" tee shirts they have to wear a tank top under them.

THIS is the exact reason that my gym has a dress code. No girls running around in bras and if you have a shirt that you cut the sleeves off you have to wear a shirt under (or it cant be cut to wear you can see the belly). One of the many things that make me happy about my gym

If you work out in the sweat points mode it is easier to figure out the calories. It is 1 calorie per 10 sweat points. So if you burn 4000 sweat points, that is 400 calories =) hope this helps
