I don't think its injured but considering I've been doing it with 2kg weights I would think my arms/shoulders would be sore.. or my legs but no just my lower back aches so much its hard to bend!!!

i usually visualise my perfect wedding dress (getting married in sept next year) and say you can do it ! lol sometimes i swear at the tv during 3 day shred.. today i told jillian she was a ***** for making me do more jumping jacks.. somehow that made me feel better :p

day 3 done it was hard to push my self today the weathers warm and i felt very lazy but im so glad i did i need to bottle the feeling i get afterwards so energized.. i dont want to forget that !! anyone who is doing this too feel free to add me !

lol I did something similar to this a few months ago... lmao.. id never used a treadmill before... I've since learnt not to close your eyes on a treadmill unless your holding on hahaha.. thankfully I didn't actually fall just felt myself going backwards and jumped off there was only 2 other people in the gym at the time…

not sure if this is possible or a stupid suggestion but what about something like a handful of nuts in your bag and eat them while walking to the bathroom or something? surely you have bathroom breaks at work?

hmmm mixed info here.. i think i will prob to it 5 days a week and have weekends off (do other stuff instead) mostly cuz i dont want to do jumping jacks in front of my fiancé hahaha...

honestly.. your probably just going to have to get used to it.. there really is no alternative for pure clean water.. as PP has suggested maybe try a filter bottle? possibly the chemicals in the water are what makes u feel ill
