You eat something before you go! It will help self control tons and if you do eat/snack, you'll be able to keep things under control. The next day, when you're efforts aren't sabotaged, you'll be glad you did!

I too have noticed that cheese is on everything! I don't have much advice except try to lean more towards brothy vegetable soups, salads, and steamed vegis. I will friend you and as I run across yummy cheese-less recipes I can pass them on to you!!! I'm vegetarian so I will search my cookbooks for ya!
