I blow my sodium goal away almost every day. Really depends on the person I guess....Medical issues, age, activity level, water intake. etc.

CICO is not a diet plan - it is an equation that even Low carbers have to follow. If going low carb is what gets you into a deficit it works. There are numerous people on here who are LC dieters. Many have had long term success.

For weight loss? Yes. For health? No. Ideally you want to meet your nutritional needs, fat, protein, fiber, sodium, etc. etc. If you can do that and fit crisps in you're doing it right
