Rage cleaned my entire studio apt this morning. But then had a few slices of pizza when my boyfriend brought it home after school. Ah, well. Still in my calorie limit for today, with lots to spare! Keep up the great work guys! I know we can do it! :flowerforyou:

Forgot to check-in :> Bf took me out, but I stayed under cals somehow. Didn't excersize, and bomed my habit xD Tomorrow will be better though.

:sad: I hope you do better the next week c: I find it's hard to eat healthy when we're around other people; they seem to influence our choices. Also starting to think, cause of my own choices, that one bad choice DOES lead to another! :sad:

Same here. But this isn't about our boyfriends or husbands or significant others. It's about US. Not them. If they can't be supportive to thingd that are important to us, who needs em? Kidding, but still. They need to realize that this is for us. And how we feel. Not them.

Izzy here drinks four bottles a day. One with each meal, and one in between. 3 + 1 = 4 Last time I checked. 4 bottles x 2 cups each = 8!

I have one "free" day a week. This means, I like to do very good with my diet 6/7 days, and eat what I want the last day. I do, of course excersize before I go to bed after I eat my heaviest meal. But I think it's healthy if you only do it once a week. I might be wrong though! :grumble:

I didn't even realize what the "You've earned an extra 4838564863 Calories from exersizing" thing meant until I read this post LOL. Obviously, it's not hurting me TOO much.

That's one of my goals actually LOL. I'm in a November challenge, and my one good habit is brushing, flossing, and mouthwashing three times a day. That DOES include my tongue! :laugh:

I slept a lot of today. I picked a crappy time to start a challenge LOL. Got all except 200 or so calories down. Walked about 4 blocks, and felt sick, so I had to turn back :/ No idea what's wrong with me. I drank all my water though (: And I feel a bit better now, so I might go for a swim later, before the pool closes.…

Huh. I think I'm in a different time zone as you guys. It seems like everyone logs pretty early, like 5pm for me. Oh well. It's about 7:30pm here, now. Pretty good day, landed a job that has me walk 8-10 miles a night. Not really done eating for the day, but my excersize was good. Half an hour of cardio and strength total.…
