Ahhh, I miss McDonald's. Too many calories for me right now but I plan to have a big quarter pounder with cheese someday again. It will most likely make me ill by then but at least I have my memories. :heart:

I agree with another poster. I had 3 different stress fractures in feet and ankles and never knew. They were painful but I ignored them and years later, an x-ray showed that I had several poorly healed fractures that are now arthritic. Better safe than sorry.

Could you be retaining water? I had them. They looked like weird little cabbage patch legs and feet. My doc put me on a diuretic and they were gone in 48 hours. I still don't have cute little birdie ankles but the cankles are gone.

It is also dependent on your health situation and exercise. Some people eat amazing amounts and lose while others eat like birds and the scales barely move. I checked with a medical health professional.

When it starts looking ridiculous to take them in, I get new. I am right now getting rid of my 5X's and getting 3X's. I'm sure that sounds silly to those who don't have much to lose but for me, I'm thrilled! I sort of like perusing second hand shops so it's not so spendy there. Maybe get a few, new pieces that are classics…

There is a product called "Tofu Scrambler" that makes tofu a lot like scrambled eggs.

I know this is a guys question but my husband just uses the same over the counter cream that I would use for a yeast infection and it clears right up. Sans applicator of course. :smile:

When I blow it, I make myself log it into my public diary for every one to see. It has actually made me stop before I embarrassed myself by overeating. I have a tendency to eat something forbidden and then think, "might as well make a day of it." With logging, I have a deterrent.

As an obese person with a bachelors degree in education who is currently disabled and on food stamps, I am somewhat offended. I will most likely track for the rest of my life, even if it is in a little pocket notebook or something like that. I think I would start playing games with myself if I didn't and telling myself that I really hadn't eaten that much.

I was a little confused at first. ie. Eat or don't eat exercise cals, how do I change my ticker, etc. It gets old hat after a while. Nice to have you here.

I lost 30 lbs. in 3 days when I got on a diuretic but that doesn't really count. The most weight I ever lost in a week was 10 lbs.

I have a mildly hypothyroid issue. I take a prescription med. called Levothyroxin and it helps me with burning calories. I have to keep my calories really low to lose though.

Hi there, I just polled my husband and son who have always worn the same size since adulthood and are both thin. The said to but them a little loose to allow for shrinkage. Otherwise, just wear whatever feels comfortable and will stay up with or without a belt.
