Great plan! I know you can do it!

Just remember things don't change over night. It takes 21 days to make something a habit (if not more). I start with slow changes and focusing on the positive. And one bad day doesn't not ruin everything. Everyone slips up every once in awhile.

WTG!!

-Pain in my joints -Limited clothing due to my fat (not my height) -Being the largest in my office -Seeing what the extra weight has done to my family

What a difference! Amazing!

My advice is go to your bank or credit union. I just did that and I have consolidated all my credit into a car loan at 5% interest and will be paid off in less than three years. I had about 6k in total debt (but was looking at high interest rates). I did start with the snow ball idea. I started with 11-12k, but with higher…

Depends on the exercise. My triceps are weaker than my biceps so I am really trying to focus on strengthening my triceps and getting rid of my grandma arms. I usually lift around 10-15 lbs depending on the exercise

My name is Krystle. I just turned 26 years. I start a few months ago when I hit 205 lbs. Now I am working with a doctor, nutritionist and exercise specialist and I am down to 194! I am a slow gainer. It didn't happen over night. I'm only 5' and when i graduated high school I was about 125/130 and it crept up from there.

I finally saw weight loss. The hubby says my mid section is looking a lot slimmer too. :)

My co-worker ordered it. She was really excited about and it helped her get over her plateau.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is such a difficult event. *Hugs*

I've lost about 10 pounds (waiting until Thursday weigh in day to update) and I am still amazed how big I am. I gained it slowly over the years but I wish someone would spoke up. I don't know if I have really lost enough for others to notice (though my female co-workers have said I look thinner). Keep your chin up and know…

I try one with different food groups. Example: -Orange or Banana -Egg Whites w/ broccoli (or onion and peppers) -Bacon (I use Morningstar)

Welcome!!

Thanks! I wanted to make sure I wasn't alone. My cloths are fitting better. It's just upsetting when others who are not working out at the same intensity are losing more than I am. (I guess it's my competitive nature).

I like: ChaLean Extreme Turbo Jam Windsor Pilates Jillian DVDs (she has a few)

I don't like breakfast either. Unless I can make it at home,I don't want to eat it. So I'll make a protein shake to drink in the morning. It gets me my calories and nutrients to start the day without "eating". I will also carry fruit as a morning snack if I am really not hungry in the morning.

I think it depends on your body and fitness level. When I ate a 1200 calorie diet and did not workout I gained weight (not a lot, but it does add up). I do not eat back my exercise calories unless I did alot and feel like i need the energy.
