Hi. In the past I have found that it will not find the item unless you spell it correctly....so if I'm not sure of the spelling I go to Bing or use my iphone. I looked up Chicken Parmesan sub for you and found a range between 510-840 with the average 600. Hope that helps!

I love crackers and hummus or the 100 calorie snack bags but I have found out the hard way I will eat the entire box so now I stick with the 100 cal popcorn or real fruit popsicle (80 cal). I really like it. It starts you out slow and doesn't move forward too fast. I do not like to run but I do like this program...you can listen to your music and still hear when to walk or run, you can pick a guy or girl coach voice and you get "badges" when you accomplish each stage! Good Luck.
