Since this is week one I'm probably setting my goals a little low, but since I'm not accomplishing any right now I think it's good for a start. :) 1. Complete week 2 of C25k 2.Drink 56 cups of water (8 a day) 3.140 pushups (20 a day) 4.210 situps (30 a day) If I meet these I'll up it for week 2!

Muscle weighs more than fat. It is also leaner than fat. That's why people have a tendency to lose inches before they lose pounds. The pounds will come.
