I have the FT4 & for the most part it does the job. I just can't reset the heartrate to what I want, but i think it's the more economical one. Good luck!

I also thought it would be uncomfortable but you wear the strap under your boobs, like where your bra ends. Once you get used to it, you won't even notice its there. Good luck!

I tried it because I heard that it burns belly fat. It didn't burn anything except my esophagus & didn't suppress my appetite either. I have heard other people who swear by it though. Good luck!

Have you tried Dreamfields Pasta? It has a lower glycemic index & tastes just like "regular" pasta because it is.

No I was wondering about that. Didn't know if it was for real or not. Just a side note to check your emails regarding your Kindle/Amazon accounts, they just added a subscription for something that was free for a month, then i would be charged a monthly fee. I "unsubscribed" immediately.

I wish I could help you but I am having the same problem. I'm up 5 lbs since starting & it is so frustrating. I increased my calories to 1800, which the fat2fit website said was better for my height (5'1") but don't always eat all of them or my exercise calories.
