Day 27~ Total Body Circuit (Thursday's workout) BURNED 251cals Made up Thurs workout, now I just need to make up Wednesdays workout, which I will do tomorrow!

Ok so Wednesday 4/23 I had to take a REST DAY! Thursday 4/24 I had to take my 2nd REST DAY! Double Day Friday today, then make up Wed and Thurs on Sat and Sun... No Days Missed!!!

Thank u so much and he is doing much much better :) Eye doc Tuesday said his eye is healing, but it will be slow healing. His shingles on head are practically gone. So yayyyy :) Way to go with your workouts too! My wrists are very weak, and planks are the devil! Lol Let's just push on cause we will get stronger every day :)

Day~21 Made up my Double Day Friday Glad to get that workout in! WooHoo!! I BURNED 450cals and feel like I could just pass out now! Lol So this was my last day of week 3 and I am down a total of 5.4lbs since I started FT25!! Which makes a TOTAL this year of 27.4lbs :drinker:

Day~20 REST DAY (Saturday) Was gonna make up Double Day but again super busy with hubby, kids, and cleaning house!

Day~19 (Friday) REST DAY Busy getting my hubby out of hospital, and settled in at home :)

Day~18 Cardio BURNED 256cals Great workout today!! I feel really good, and getting ready to head to hospital! Hope hubby gets out!!

Day~17 Lower Focus BURNED 179cals Workout out of the way now getting ready to head back to hospital. Hubby is doing much much better :)

Day~16 Speed 1.0 BURNED 252cals I worked out early, but had to hurry to hospital right after to be with my hubby. Which btw is doing sooooo much better :) I'm amazed at how committed I have been, even with all the stress of him being soooo sick, but it's actually helped burn a lot of my stress away and just makes me feel…

Awe, thank u so much. The shingles are in or on his cornea his left eye :( He's only 37. I'm just praying he gets back on his feet fast! Great job getting your workout in! Just keep it up :) I'm seeing results, though they r small, but by the end, who knows what results I'll have :) I am excited! WE CAN DO THIS!

Day~13 REST DAY!! Gonna clean, do landry, and chill with my kiddos and hubby today! It's beautiful here! I love spring :) I didn't do stretch last Sunday and not sure if I'll do it tomorrow either. Anyone else do the Stretch on Sunday's??

Day~12 Lower Focus & Ab Intervals BURNED 373cals That workout was NO JOKE! Double Day is over and I am sore, so sore! Lol...I love the feeling though! I am excited to have 2 days off, and I can't believe that Monday I will be on week 3! It's flying by!!!

Day~11 Cardio BURNED 242cals Burned exactly the same that I burned last time I did cardio! Great sweat this evening and I'm ready for tomorrow!!! I'm not as sore as I was, but still feeling the effects of FT25!!! :bigsmile:

Day~10 BURNED 272cals Speed 1.0: I actually burned 3 more calories this time then last time I did Speed! Lol!!!!! Funny. At least it wasn't less then last time, right ;) Shaun just put me in the best mood everrrrrrr!!! Now to do laundry, bath the kiddos, and drink me some protein shake:drinker:

Day~9 Total Body Circuit BURNED 261cals Just 7 calories less burned today, then last time I did Total Body Circuit! So I feel great about that! Day 6~ REST DAY Today is my Rest day! Daughter has bball game, may go grocery shopping. But I am just gonna take it easy! Lol I'm sore as can be, so I'm gonna drink a lot of water today. I don't know if that will help, but I've heard it does. I'm still deciding if I'm going to do STRETCH tomorrow. Not sure yet.
