@joans1976 Yeah. I may have made an audile expression of excitement when I saw the 5 in 135.9 this morning. I'm loving my kitchen scales. So much better than making educated guesses. I want to get into the habit of doing planks. I want to build a habit of standing up from my desk a couple of times a day and doing a plank. The 30 day challenge above looks useful. I might use that as a guide.
