Hi, I think those are the more vocal people, the 20 somethings. You can do a selective search for people in your age range. I was looking for women in their 50's like me so I could talk about some of the issues common to my age and gender. I would look under "find members". I found some. good luck to you.

I was very anemic for a while and it does make you tired and sluggish. Iron really helped but I don't take it now because my levels are fine. It is really important to NOT take iron unless you are sure you need it. Excess iron can do damage.
