This is why I plan to consume ONLY one can is soda a day. That will put me over 2k a day under my calorie needs. -2k x 365 days means I'll lose 4 k pounds in a year with Soda! Amazing. And true. (Math not to scale)

That can vary so much. Some days I'm go go go non stop. Other days it's more driving and sitting teaching (homeschool mom too). I set mine to sedentary. But some days my iPhone, which monitors my steps, gives me a lot of extra calories.

This! Is why I also log my "off" days. So I can see it's not that bad! It's nothing worth giving up over and isn't even a set back if you don't let it be! Great for you!!! XD

.how much do you have to lose? 100 pounds is a lot. It's doable in a year if you have much more than 100 over all to lose, say if you're 300++ lbs. but if you have exactly 100 to lose, it will be harder

There are foods I don't eat in the evening time, but that's just cause they make me burp or feel yucky if I lay flat with them in my stomach. Other than that, I pay no mind to when I eat. More than 3/4 of my daily calories are consumed in the evening. :)

I'm constantly calculating... "Ok I'm 5% of the way there..now I'm 10%.... Cool now I'm 15% there!" It helps with my waiting game. XD

Cottage cheese! Seriously, I don't know how to stop. So I haven't bought it since I've been losing. Lol Sherbet. One serving turns in three, easy. Sour worms. Whole bag killed in one sitting. Every time. Oh well

I was always taught (and when I made clothes too) the "waist" is the smallest point on the mid section. When I'm measuring for progress, I log my waist and at the navel.

Could make sense. I could see how all the stuff our bodies do for those few days could burn calories sure. But it's probably off set for most people by cravings and water weight.

I have yoyo'd so many times. Diet binge diet binge get fat lose weight rinse repeat. This time around, now that I understand that I can eat what I love but just need to fit it into my daily calories, has been so much easier than ever before! Eat your bread, what ever bread you want! Just stay within your calories goal. XD…

40 lbs. not "morbidly obese to just over weight" or a number that would cause big health concerns while pregnant. 40 lbs That's a carrot dangle, not health concerns.

If you're going to lose weight, do it for YOU. Not hubby or to have a baby. Sorry to sound harsh, but if my husband told me he'd only bring another life into this world with me if the scale hit a certain number first, that would show me he doesn't want or need another kid right now anyways. But anyway, I lost over 60…

Not just invisible, but not taken seriously. Not taken it consideration. I've been on both ends of the weight scale, it's real unfortunately.

I haven't told anyone im losing weight or trying to, So I find it kind of odd when people comment... After only losing 15 pounds I got... "Omg you're getting so skinny" While thinking, calm down, I'm still 240lbs!! Lol
