  • What do you do for relaxation? What are you doing for exercise? It seems like you need some sort of release during the day. Take a walk, do something enjoyable with your family. As for foods, protein can affect your alertness, carbs can decrease stress and increase relaxation, and do you intake a lot of caffeine? Good luck…
  • I would suggest low impact exercise such as swimming. Did you doctor give you any restrictions? Swimming is a great way to get exercise without all the extra strain on your body. Good luck with this!!!
  • I would suggest eating smaller meals, more frequently. It's good to eat 3 good meals a day, but also fit in some extra nutritious snacks. Doing this will help keep up your metabolism without having to starve yourself! That is what I am trying to do.
