The MLM structure should tell you that you will be overpaying for the product. Plus, I think you can acheive the results you want eating clean wholesome foods rather than supplements from a company. Just my 2 cents. The only supplement I take is protein when I cannot make my macro requirements through real food.

Eating every three hours is not mandatory but it helps. It's difficult to get all the calories in 3 meals. so splitting it up over 6 or 7 is just easier. I'm 6'2", 200 pounds. I need 3300 calories to maintain. I do this on 150 carbs, 250g of protein a day.

Yeah..it's amazing. Did your calves get large? Most of the thickest calves I've ever seen are on heavier people from walking around with that 95 (or more pound) dumbell 24/7.

Logging is the only way to go. If you didn't log you wouldn't know you are going over. Keep logging and you will realize that you cannot continue to go over if you want to lose. Set aside a cheat day every 7 to 12 days for a reward.
