incorporate resistance training into your workout. Don't not neglect the large muscle groups like quads, glutes and back. also, eating healthly doesn't mean you can't have fats. You seem to be eating low fat with some carbs. Try eating pecans, and other nuts with healthy fats. A handful of nuts has 300 calories. Pecans are…

I think it really helps keep me aware that I need to keep active. If I'm at home sitting around and my step count is low, then I will end up going out walking or riding to get my count up.

He's 65 now and weighs 200 pounds at 8% body fat. I kid you not. I was blown away when he showed me his pics when he was 135 and just starting to lift.

I get tired of shakes pretty quickly but what I've found that gives me a ton of protein and tastes like a pudding is mixing your favorite low carb protein powder with plain Fage Greek yogurt. This gives me around 50g of protein per serving. I use Maxpro Protein which is extremely high in protein for it's weight. Cheers.

Swimming will burn more calories than walking. If you can add resistance training into your routine, you will carry more lean body mass and be able to burn more calories at rest. Don't worry about getting to big. It won't happen. Having more lean body mass will allow you to eat more of the things you like(within reason)…
