  • I have a friend that sells it, and to be honest I think it is a waste of money. Go to the Plexus website and look at the before and after pics. The before is close up, and the after is far away.... there is no real loss there! And the ones that do have loss, if you read through more they always talk about a calorie…

  • Yes, you can lose weight eating whatever you want as long as you eat at a deficit, but there is definitely something to be said for the quality of food.   • Often times if you are in the heat for an excessive period of time, and you do not hydrate appropriately, your body will hold onto whatever water/hydration it is getting, which causes "weight gain". You definitely should look at your sodium levels too.....

  • When going to the pool I fix sandwiches and take lots of fruit and water.
  • OH no.... once I'm done working out, they have to come off! Shower and fresh clothes is the name of the game.... it helps me feel refreshed and keeps the blood pumping for a bit longer!
  • I always have beef and chicken taco meat in the fridge for quick easy meals during the week. You can use them as a base for many things.... obviously taco's, salads, cassaroles, etc.
