I think he may be a bit worse than that.... I still see him every couple weeks watching me while I shoot pool. It's to a point now, when he is there, the guys on my team and a couple of my other male friends actually watch him and then don't let me go anywhere alone.

when I read she tried swimming, but the cost per month took away from her pizza and chinese takeaway I just about lost it! Does anyone really believe that if she gets more money she will spend it correctly?

I'm fairly picky about my tomatoe's, but have found that grape tomatoe's are excellent year round... I pay a little more and get the Cherub brand, and they are always good. I totally understand that frustration, but be very thankful the Dr is working with you to find meds that will help your issues, and keep the weight down. I had a Dr a while ago that told me just to deal with it, we had to stick with the meds I was on. Needless to say I found a new Dr after that.:grumble:

For me it was a combination of things, and I won't go into all of them.... but when I got married things got out of hand, and it was just easier to be fat and not attract attention, well positive attention, to myself, and my ex-hubby preferred it that way as well.

I'm up between 4:30 & 5, and go to bed between 10:30 and 11. Generally I will either watch a little mindless TV show (love Netflix) or listen to some music.

I think sending an email or calling the school would be the least intrusive.... there are many good points here, she/her family could need help, or it could be that she chooses to dress in the same thing. I'm not really an egg fan, but I made an egg fritata/cassarole that is fabulous, filling and reheats perfectly! I use simply shredded potato's (half the package 1.5c), 6 eggs, whatever meat and veggies I have on hand and usually monterey jack cheese. Throw it all in a glass pan, cook for 30-45 minutes at 350. Swimming really is amazing.... When I first got back in the pool laps weren't an option for me. I simply went in the deepest part of the pool and would tread water for 30 minutes at a time. Within a couple weeks I was swimming laps and losing inches everywhere! Good luck.
