question for tomorrow I have one stair in my house and I honestly don't know of anywhere close that has stairs (most things here are one level) so what can I do in place for the 100 stairs?

My total for 100 mile walk is now 3 miles :)

100 push ups kicked their butt even with a pulled shoulder muscle under calories and over ten glasses of water

Had to change my lovely starting weight thanks to mother nature good news it was only one pound and not two like it normally is ugh
