I'm setting my # at 18,000 calories to burn for June! That's 600 per day, and I was successful burning 15,000 in May.

Thank you for posting this! You don't stay UNDER 1200... that's starvation mode. 1200 calories is the MINIMUM! If you go under that, you're hurting your body.

I actually read that you can have a couple lbs of BM in your body at a time- very normal. I always weigh after, that is easier to be consistent if you are regular.

No weight loss for me! Wisdom teeth need to come out, so I'm eating what soft food I can. I'm staying optimistic. I'm sure by round 11 I'll be kicking some butt!

I just started it yesterday. Yes, there are lots of lunges (or at least exercises where the knees are bent some). My thighs feel great, though. I lost a pound already. It really does kickstart some weight loss. Best of luck!
