To me that means going back to an underweight BMI and having to ear far too little to maintain my weight. Too thin means unhealthy for me. I've never been overweight, but I have been underweight.

From fall 2011 to summer 2012

The first pic was taken in France in September last year, the other one was taken last week. Weight wise it's not a huge difference (around 5 pounds less) but I gained quite a bit of muscle mass which added definition, which I quite like!

I've been on Lexapro for 3 years and haven't noticed any change in weight, other than when I slip into a depressive episode and eat like crap for a few weeks. I've been on anti-anxiety meds (forgot the name) that completely robbed me of my appetite too though. It really depends on how your body responds to the medication.
